HYUNDAI PHILIPPINES TOPPED JD POWER'S CSI SURVEY

Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. or HARI recently received the second highest ranking in the 2017 Philippines Customer Service Index or CSIStudy SM conducted by J.D. Power.

The study was fielded between February and May 2017, where a total of 1,951 new vehicle owners participated. Respondents are owners who purchased their vehicles between February 2015 and May 2016 and who brought their vehicles to an authorized service center or dealer for maintenance or repair work between August 2016 and May 2017.

HARI bested the nine other mass market brands included in the study, registering impressive ratings in all five factors measured, namely: service quality; service initiation; vehicle pick-up; service, facility; and service advisor.
